This Application uses the Hotpepper Gourmet API provided by Recruit Co., Ltd. to search for and display restaurant information.

Restaurant information displayed in the Application is based on data provided by the API. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of this information.

4. Prohibited Acts

The following acts are strictly prohibited regarding this Application:

• Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to decipher the source code of this Application.
• Unintended Use: Using the Application for purposes other than its intended use or in a way that violates the terms of the API provider.

5. Data Storage

Memos, photos, favorites, and history data created within this Application are saved in the internal storage of your device (iOS). If you delete the Application, this data will also be deleted.

本アプリは、株式会社リクルートが提供する「ホットペッパーグルメAPI」を利用して店舗情報の検索・表示を行っています。

アプリ内に表示される店舗情報はAPIから提供されるデータに基づいており、情報の正確性や完全性を当方が保証するものではありません。

4. 禁止事項

本アプリに関して、以下の行為を厳しく禁止します。

• リバースエンジニアリング： 本アプリのソースコードを逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、またはその他の方法で解読・解析しようとする行為。
• 不正な利用： 本来の目的以外での利用や、API提供元の規約に違反する利用。

5. データの保存について

本アプリ内で作成したメモ、写真、お気に入り、閲覧履歴などのデータは、ご利用の端末（iOSデバイス）の内部ストレージに保存されます。アプリを削除した場合、これらのデータも同時に削除されますのでご注意ください。
